How can I sell my business if I rent my office space?
I know I need to contact the agent, but how do I advertise and what do I understand. I want to keep the name I'll be working from a home office. This is a tutoring business and I decided to focus on one aspect which requires me to be mobile. The part that I want to sell are the interior, customers, contract Rental – incl. board approval, etc. How can I do and what a fair price?

In general, small service firms staff are difficult to sell because the company's success is tied to the owner and his relationship with customers.
