Mobile Phone Advertising Agencies
I need advice on creating a business unit and multi media viable advertising agency, I work. Help!?
I drive innovative ideas and initiatives for the advertising agency I work and believe strongly in the market Nigeria has come for us to create specialized business units provide specialized services using platforms of mobile content such as procurement, digital and Internet applications. I really need ideas on 1) How to make a business case to my MD (which is on innovation as a way to stay relevant and in connection with the changing realities of today, 2) What type of structure and perhaps even the equipment would be required to provide a mobile interface that can facilitate the downloading of content on the Internet – Phone and even put the content of advertising on mobile content. Would appreciate pointers and tips hard! have to put together a business case for next week!
