Anyone know where can find land to rent / lease for our six ponies and ourselves or No. Cent Calif?
We are husband and women in our late fifties who want to lease land, with electricity, water and sewer. Our six ponies need about one acre. We need corals and can provide fences. We are adults calm, and disappeared with the ponies about 6-7 months of the year. Flat terrain very hilly. We have a 34 'WHL fifth, a 34' motorhome as we travel with two semi-trailers and horse, a 2005 F350 trk and car Mercury Cougar. We may or caretaker on a ranch?? We can provide references and are flexible to your terms. We currently live on 5 acres, with our cars parked along side their detached garage, but the owners have put their house on the market and we're going to need move when they accepted an offer or the close of escrow. We would ideally like to find a home / mobile on 3 + acres, but the prices here California are beyond our reach. If you know an owner carry … lease option or … who knows? Lease options are fairly common for these properties. Try the Jamestown / Sonora area. You'll need to contact a broker real estate. I can look things up for you, as I have access to the MLS it.
