Question about T-Mobile G1. Confused: (?
I just bought a G1 on ebay. I do not have a data plan. I intend use WIFI on my campus system G1 without subscribing to a data plan. Is it possible or I will invoice at the end of the month: PS I plan also download applications and games from the Android Market on the wifi on campus.
First though … the data plan is not necessary, Tmobile can push to get it but u should not … but without a plan u can not connect data in your gmail account. its best to use a map sim friends with a data plan. tmobile or ask if they have a sales representative with the android and data plan can use their SIM card to connect to u! this is a moment of a process. u cannot activate it via wifi, because the first thing the phone will ask u to log in and u cannot get around unless you have a custom ROM. Fi ur using data, you will not be charged at all.
