Mobile Needs to Make Spa-profit marketing help!
I own a spa mobile servicing the metropolitan area DC. We've been in business for over 6 months and have not made a profit. The money I make pays for supplies and contractors Independent I use for my events. I'm having trouble deciding what will work and what will not I will not waste money. I do a lot of events where I offer services free of charge, but I can not continue to do so. Basically I'm customers books Society, community events and people who want to have spa parties, but there is nothing at present. I do a lot of marketing Internet and Internet search to find new gigs. What should I do? And the best way to decide on a marketing plan, so I do not waste time / money? I would like to get to the point where I can possibly franchise but I want to get my marketing scheme at first so I can help others. I'm really interested to hear other mobile spas.
