Vote for New Seven Wonders of the World, a marketing gimmick?
It's sad that we Indians have fallen to an intriguing spirit of the west under the guise of promoting heritage sites. Why the sudden hype of voting for the new seven wonders of the world? The guy who engineered the idea has already made billion, the contest is riddled with goods, marketing traitor and Atmospheric suspects! The official authority of UNESCO for heritage sites worldwide dissociated itself from that organization. Remember that if the Taj Mahal and other monuments in the world are excluded of the race, nothing will change their former status. All users of Yahoo here, do not encourage the impostors who play these feelings about people and their heritage. Both votes are cast on mobile phones, emails, etc., the volume of money generated for the different operators have increased in unimaginable proportions. How long people will be taken for a ride by tricksters. Will we ever learn?
Americans fall for this stuff too. It a good thing to warn people that these tricks are very abundant and they should consider all offers with a suspicious eye.
