What is the trick to landing a great job with higher wages?
I'm new to the job market, but I noticed from experience that some people with a high school diploma can be hired by a company of big names who earn more than 100k/yr … While others are more educated and underpaid. I heard about 19 years is 80k + – in Exon Mobile, while Masters degress can not to obtain additional teaching positions. I know this is not because money is not important. I feel it has something to do with confidence, and I'm looking for answers those who have been or are still there. What makes them different or you? And how someone new to the industry of employment to acquire these enabling features to be considered among the elite? Thank you you for taking the time to read and answer this question.
The trick or method I would say, is to be able to sell you. Of course, you still need to be able to prove that you got results and that you have the potential to do well. The rest is a marketing concept very simple – what makes you buy Crest or Aquafresh above your target generic brand of toothpaste? It does the same things to your teeth and gums, so why pay almost double for a brand that you trust? This is because the brand has actually created a value beyond the product itself. There are active intangibles such recognizable brands that can command a premium for their products even if it is essentially the same thing. That's what you have to do As a job seeker. Your resume must be polite and you should be able to effectively articulate your experience and why you would be perfect for the position. More importantly, the interview must shine; interviewers will fight for you if they really like you … it's human nature. Establish the value your personal mark on the other candidates, it is important to communicate just why, even if all applicants are also qualified backgrounds that you still have the edge. Good luck. Incidentally, high school graduates are 100K/yr to large companies is a bit extreme, it does not happen very often. Make sure you get a good college at least.
