Mobile Advertising Firms

what would you choose?
I try to create a window cleaning company and I was wondering about the best ways of advertising. To hire a window cleaner you would prefer that someone knocks on your door and ask if you're interested or have a flyer placed in your door with a mobile number on it. Also, if you received a brochure you prefer a plain black and white or glossy paper. I know the glossy looks better, but did not know if people think that society must be cheap will not bother with calling them.
I will post some flyers in black and white would be better because they are less expensive to manufacture and as long as you get the key information through their would be great. Knocking at their door is a friendly approach, however, this may irritate some people and take more time. Word of mouth is often the best how to build customers of their neighbors will be interested when you start. The suggestion of pamphlets in newspapers is good too, I run a Document / business delivering milk and sometimes put flyers in local businesses, you may have to pay a nominal fee, but it would be worthwhile if you build more customers that way. Good luck:)
