Using mobile phones while driving can increase the costs of vehicle ownership
Currently, most of car owners know that driving using mobile communication devices is a bad idea. This does not mean however that the impact texting or talking while driving is declining. While drivers lose points, punishable by fines and choke on the costs of new car insurance, they continued the illegal practice of using cell phones and other mobile handheld devices while driving.
